Let me introduce myself. My name is Erin Alessandro and I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, certified in California since 2015. I am specialized in helping with degenerative diseases. I am proficient in lymph drainage massage, hot stone, vibration and percussion therapies, radio frequency, PNF, ART, RRT, and many other manual modalities.
Jack's core competencies partially include: Neuromuscular therapies, Myofascial Therapy, the Kaufman Method of Trigger Point therapy (PNT), Hydrothermal Therapy, Cupping Therapy, and Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching (PNF). Additionally great results are consistently achieved from the use of percussion tools for stretching short-tight muscles; toning stretched-thin muscles; and cross-fibering scar tissue for eccentric stretching.
