We often treat clients in a lot of pain and are trying to get everyone in to be seen. Please allow other customers to get your slot if you can't make it. Our cancellation policy is a strict 24 hours in advance for free cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service fee, no exceptions. With booking your appointment you agree to this cancellation policy even though things can always happen last minute and are out of your control. Because we work with people in pain and try our best to be on time, please allow 10-15 min delay in start times. If the therapist takes you in late, your appointment will be extended for the amount of time the provider was late Should you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the original time.
